14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item(s) purchased from us for a full refund. Please note that the item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a returns authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining proof of postage to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
